3.6 Earthquake Rattles St. Lucia

CASTRIES, St. Lucia, Dec. 31, 2014, CNS – An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.6 rattled St. Lucia and was also felt in the neighbouring island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines early Wednesday morning, the Trinidad-based Seismic unit of the University of the West Indies (UWI) has confirmed.

It said that the quake, which caused no damages in the two countries , occurred at 3.45 am (local time)  and was located at 13.86 degrees north and 60.37 degrees west at a depth of 23 km.
