ROSEAU, Dominica, May 05 2016 – Dominica Government officials and a team from regional airline LIAT are meeting here Thursday.

The meeting comes in the wake of criticism by Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit over what he called Dominica’s treatment by LIAT.

“Actually we are meeting with the LIAT executives to continue to lobby for better access in and out of Dominica,” Tourism Minister Robert Tonge said.

Dominica, along with Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados and St. Vincent and the Grenadines are the major shareholder governments of the airline.
