Second Suspect Charged In The Murders Of US Missionaries

KINGSTON, Jamaica, Jun 29 2016 – Police Wednesday charged a second person in connection with the murders of two United States missionaries in April.

Police said 25-year-old Dwight Henry, otherwise called ‘Dougie’ and ‘Chino’, was taken into custody on Friday, and after being questioned in the presence of his attorney, was formally charged.

Last week, Assistant Commissioner of Police Ealan Powell said Andrew Thomas had been charged with two counts of murder after the bodies of 48-year-old Randy Hentzel was found in the community of Albion Mountain on April 30 and Harold Nichols, 53, the following day.

Police said that the motive for the murders was robbery.
