Police in the Commonwealth of Dominica are investigating a shooting incident which occurred at 11:15 pm on Feb. 4 at Picard, Portsmouth.
Dead is Zing Jian Yong, 49, a Chinese National residing at Picard Portsmouth.
Yong was transported to the Reginald Fitzroy Armour Hospital where he was medically examined and pronounced dead.
The body was transported to the Lyndhurst Funeral Home awaiting a post mortem examination.
Investigations are ongoing.
