Entertainer ‘Elephant Man’ fails to declare he was in COVID-19 hot spot. Police investigating

Popular entertainer ‘Elephant Man‘ is currently the subject of a police investigation in relation to allegations of false declaration made to an Immigration Officer on his arrival home to Jamaica.

The entertainer has since denied the allegations and also later issued an apology for what he describes as a misunderstanding.

In a news release on Thursday the Jamaica Constabulary Forces said they are investigating allegations of false declaration made to an Immigration Officer by Oneal Bryan, 44.

The entertainer failed to declare that he was also in Germany.

Bryan arrived at the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay along with other members of a team he was travelling with recently.

“Reports are that Elephant Man arrived at the airport from Brussels and was asked to declare countries he had visited,” the police said in the news release.

“It is alleged that he falsified the information and did not declare all the countries. The police will be working closely with the Ministry of Health and Members of the Immigration department to determine the appropriate action.”
