There has been a heavy turn out at all 20 Polling Stations across Anguilla, with voters arriving there some two hours before the opening time of 6 am.
By that time the Returning Election Officers have already begun to move the 20 tabulation machines and other equipment into polling stations. The lines have been long and orderly.
