Superstar Rihanna was out and about in Barbados on Monday taking part in Crop Over.
“Earlier today, Her Excellency Robyn Rihanna Fenty stopped by to say hello while I was enjoying seeing the parades pass by in Black Rock,” Prime Minister Mia Mottley said on Instagram.
“Also in the photograph was Chahabars Clarke, recipient of the Global Good Award at the 2019 BET Awards.”
