Earthquake Hits St Andrew, Jamaica

KINGSTON, Jamaica, Jun 06 2016 – The Earthquake Unit at the University of The West Indies, Mona Campus has reported that a 3.2 magnitude earthquake struck approximately 10km north of Mavis Bank, St Andrew early Monday morning.

The unit said in a release that the earthquake, which had a depth was 13.8km, was felt about 2:50 am.

The tremors were reportedly felt in the Mavis Bank area.
