91,200 doses of COVID-19 vaccine arrive in Dominican Republic

A batch with 91,200 doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 from the pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca arrived in Dominican territory on Tuesday.

The batch of vaccines arrived 9:56 am at Las Américas International Airport. It was scheduled to arrive at 10:30am.

According to local media, the vaccines come from the Covax Mechanism of the World Health Organization (WHO).
