ROSEAU, Dominica Dec 15 2015 – Police are investigating the discovery of a body in the Picard area in Portsmouth, Dominica’s second town.
The body, of the white male, was discovered in an advanced state of decomposition.
The body is believed to be that of the Proprietor of Cabrits Dive Center, Peter Hepp, an American national who has been residing here for several years.
Police said the body was found on a bed with a wound to the head and a 9 millimetre pistol in close proximity.
Police are treating the incident as a suspicious death.
