An American visitor has died at Enterprise Beach, Christ Church, police say.
He has been identified as 59-year-old Aaron Cofield.
The incident happened on Sunday, police said.
Cofield was staying in the same area when he died, but it was not immediately clear when he arrived in Barbados or when he was scheduled to leave.
Police said he died around 1:30 p.m.
A post-mortem will be conducted to determine cause of death.
