BARBADOS – British national missing

A British national has gone missing in Barbados and police are seeking the public’s assistance to locate him. The missing man has been identified as 49-year-old Steven Weare, who resides at Newcastle Plantation House, Saint John.

Weare was last seen sometime in the afternoon of Wednesday, August 23 in the car park of Burger King at University Drive, Black Rock, Saint Michael.

At that time, he was driving his silver Mitsubishi Warrior pick up registration number J-4000. He was wearing a white, short sleeve button down linen shirt, royal blue chinos pants, and similar coloured pair of loafers.

Weare is about 5ft 11” tall, slim build, oval head, pointy nose and chin, Caucasian, dark coloured hair which is cut very low and he has a receding hair line. He has pointy canine teeth and is in the habit of biting his nails. He has an erect appearance and speaks with a British accent.

The Barbadian authorities are asking anyone who knows the whereabouts of Weare to contact the nearest police station.
