BRIDGETOWN, Barbados, Oct. 21, 2014, CNS – Former Prime Minister Owen Arthur is expected to miss today’s first sitting of Parliament following the summer recess.
Arthur was admitted to the Bayview Hospital following minor surgery to his foot.
He is due to be discharged today.
