Barbados has been rocked by a 5.1 magnitude earthquake.
The Barbados Meteorological Services said there is no tsunami threat from the earthquake.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center (PTWC) has reported the following preliminary parameters for the quake.

- Coordinates – 12.6N 59.7W
- Depth – 25.8 Km
- Location – 33 miles South South-West of Bridgetown, Barbados
