Prime Minister Dean Barrow left the country on Tuesday for a follow-up medical consultative appointment relating to his back ailment.
A statement from the Office of the Prime Minister said Patrick Faber, Deputy Prime Minister, will act as Prime Minister during Barrow’s absence.
Barrow is scheduled to return home on Friday.
