A 13-year-old boy remains in custody after he reportedly stabbed his mother to death in Westmoreland, Jamaica earlier this week.
Police have since identified the mother as 44-year-old farmer Petrenia McDonald, but the circumstances, which led to the incident are still unclear.
Media reports said that McDonald and her son were at home sometime on Wednesday night when he went to the kitchen, picked up a knife, and then went into his mother’s bedroom and stabbed her several times while she was watching television.
The woman was pronounced dead at hospital.
Police detained the child who remained at the scene.
When you reading all these reports coming from the other countries in North America which they are calling Caribbean island’s, it is really sad. Is what they learned from their old times colonial dictators masters, is what are doing to one another. When I heard people who are in big governmental position does not, know they are living in North America, and no Caribbean island’s like what they were taught in school. Because there is no continent named Caribbean country ,it is apart of North America.The United States is only one country in North America, also Canada, Mexico, Jamaica, Haiti, Cuba,and so on.But because of the environment in which you were born, the teaching is disguising the people. Because they were manipulated by the European teaching, so it is really hard for the generation to be changed. Because the way they were indoctrinated by the false teaching, that we are Caribbean people. We are not apart of the caribs Indians, so why calling us a people which we are not.The whole areas is north America, just like how you have South America which consisted with certain amount of countries in that continent, just north America countries.
