Fly Montserrat Settles With One

ST. JOHN’S, Antigua, Oct. 01, 2014 – Fly Montserrat has settled with one of the families of victims of the Oct. 7, 2012 crash of one of its planes at the V.C. Bird International Airport.

The airline said this is a private matter and has not named the party in the resolution.

Pilot Jason Forbes; Sandrama Poligadu of Guyana; and Annya Duncan of Jamaica all died when the nine-seater plane went down shortly after take-off. A British national, Michael Hudson, who was seated at the back of the plane survived.

Fly Montserrat is owned by Montserrat Airways Ltd.
