JAMAICA – 25 people killed in the first four days of 2018

Twenty-five people were murdered in Jamaica during the first four days of the year.
St Andrew recorded seven murders; followed by Clarendon, five; St Catherine, four; Kingston, two; and St James, two.
There were also killings in Hanover, St Thomas, St Mary and Westmoreland.
The figures show Jamaica is recording six murders per day.
Some 1,616 people were murdered in Jamaica last year.
