A 47-year-old man has been arrested and charged with the sexual grooming of a 14-year-old girl.
The Centre for the Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse (CISOCA) has confirmed that Raymond O’Neil Roman was charged on April 23.
He is the driver of the Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sports Olivia ‘Babsy’ Grange,
According to CISOCA, Roman was arrested nearly six weeks after investigators received a complaint from the teenage girl.
