TRINIDAD – Caribbean Airlines still unable to operate scheduled services to St Maarten

Caribbean Airlines is advising customers that it is still unable to operate its scheduled services into St Maarten, as the Princess Juliana International Airport remains closed to commercial air traffic.

The famous beachside airport was heavily damaged by Hurricane Irma.

Caribbean Airlines says customers with tickets for travel purchased before September 5 2017 to/from St Maarten only are entitled to a waiver of date change penalties for travel within one year of ticket validity from date of issue.

The carrier said any difference in fare or change of origin/destination cost is to be borne by the passenger; and full refunds are being offered for travel up to October 31 2017 only
