UK Government Deports 32 Jamaicans

KINGSTON, Jamaica, Mar 09 2017 – A batch of 32 people have been deported to the island on a charter flight from London.

The white Meridiana Airline charter flight arrived at the Norman Manley International Airport at approximately 12:55 p.m. on Wednesday

The deportees were taken to Harman Barracks for processing.

The deportees included six women.

The UK government has been enforcing its policy of deporting Jamaicans who have either overstayed their time in that country or have run afoul of UK law.
