Media Sale Executive
Job Summary:
Responsible for Sales of Advertising Products and Services for Caribbean News Service. Also responsible for ensuring that customers are receiving good customer service by making checks to ensure that Customers’ Advertising is on display at all times.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell advertising for Caribbean News Service
- Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to prospective customers
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for customers
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
- Coordinate all sales efforts
- Plan and organise personal sales strategy
- Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Keep abreast of market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends
- Participate in trade shows and conventions
