The case of suspended Police Commissioner Wendel Robinson has been adjourned to July 20.
The matter came up for a status hearing on Wednesday.
Robinson was suspended in April amid allegation of sexual misconduct that was leveled against him by three male officers.
The top cop is challenging his suspension claiming due process was not followed.
The Police Service Commission and the Attorney General were named as respondents in the case.
