JAMAICA – Harold Brady questioned by Fraud Squad

Disbarred attorney-at-law, Harold Brady was questioned by Fraud Squad detectives after turning himself in.

According to the Jamaica Constabulary Force’s (JCF) Corporate Communications Unit (CCU), Brady was wanted for questioning in relation to an alleged case of fraud.

However efforts to get more information surrounding the questioning have proven futile.

Earlier this year, Brady, a noted attorney and senior member of the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP), was disbarred from practising as a lawyer in Jamaica.

He was struck from the list of licensed legal practitioners in Jamaica and was disbarred after he was found guilty of professional misconduct in late February in relation to allegations that he misappropriated funds belonging to his client, the Factories Corporation of Jamaica.
