ST JOHN’S, Antigua, Nov 12 2015 – Beauties from across the globe will be coming to Antigua to participate in the inaugural Miss Regal International Beauty Contest, to be held August 13, 2016.  It is the first time that an international pageant will be held in Antigua.

Renowned fashion designer, model agent and pageant manager Calvin Southwell is one of the chief organisers of this exciting event. He is drawing on his years of experience as a pageant organiser and National Director for the major international beauty pageants.

“I have worked with some of the most beautiful women in the world and this event will allow me to host an international final here in our glorious twin island state. It will be an opportunity to showcase our design, show management and hospitality to a global audience. We have commitments from over 15 countries to date and we are hoping to attract as much as 50 delegates.”

Each delegate will have to wear their national costume and bring a national gift that will be auctioned during the welcome charity dinner with proceeds going to a charity selected by the event’s organisers.
