THOMAS, Jamaica, March 06 2015 – Investigators probing the murder of 14-year-old Kayalicia Simpson say the teen was at least four months pregnant when she was killed.
The Donald Quarrie High Student was hacked to death on Tuesday morning.
A senior investigator very close to the probe said an autopsy was conducted on Kayalicia’s body this afternoon, and it was determined that she died from shock and haemorrhaging caused by her injuries.
The autopsy also reportedly revealed that the teenager, who was chopped several times in the head and neck, was carrying a child.
The officer declined to be named as he was authorised to speak to the media.
