A transgender woman, known only at this time as “Angel” has been stabbed to death in Antigua.
Initial reports were that a young woman had been stabbed to death.
But police on the scene said that it was a young male dressed in female clothing.
Police presently have a male suspect in custody who identified himself as the victim’s lover.
The suspect surrendered to the police.
